After the long 3 week wait, today was the day I picked them up. The guy I bought them from was extremely cool. I had a pick between 2 servers, one that needed a new motherboard, or one that worked already. Me being me, I picked the one that needed the motherboard replacement (he had in a box already, I just had to install it) so I could have a little time waster at my grandparents house. I was checking on the motherboard after the new one was installed, and somehow my thumb got caught in the CPU fan, so it ended up whacking my fingernail to make it bleed, so great for 7,000RPM! But the server is awesome, with a geekbench of 5,000 and it is my first rack server. Finally get to use the Slimline for better purposes!

The next blog update should be more interesting than a update about MobiText. But for this post, MobiText is almost done. Saying that, we still have no official day set for release. Something I've learned is, when you are off of school all summer, it is the time to have fun and try not to do software stuff as often from what we would do during the school year. We might as well have fun this summer and get some software out every few weekends or so. But besides all that, we have jsut a few more things to finish with MobiText, then its off for a release, and we are quite excited about one of our new apps with the planned new Classik (yes, Classik) interface. But for things outside of that , we got a radio ad from Chris Rodgers (BlogTV daily radio broadcaster) to air it for us, so that's pretty cool. Then "There's one more thing." and that is a little poster we made up. The goal with the red borders is to bring out your document and put it in the middle spotlight.
Well, this is going to be a great release. Our Achievements include a better Speech to read your documents out loud, and on demand, then, we make it even easier to use the menus in this release. But besides all that, behind the scenes this week we put in a all new updater, that downloads the new setup, taking a step out to update. We also have file associations working for the first time. Well, back to more updates, in the meantime, here's a list of some new things!
Well, can't wait for the next release as we think these are a good skew of new updates!
