How to set up User Files, and Roaming Profiles in 2008 R2

When I was working on the server, I had to get something set up (I knew what I was doing) but nobody had a tutorial or anything for it. So I took the matters into my own hands. So, hopefully everybody likes it. User Files in Windows 7 is definitely a awesome tool to have!
